About Tierra

My goal is to make the photography portion of your wedding day feel seamless and relaxed so you can focus on what truly matters, the meaningful moments unfolding around you.

I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can fully invest myself into each celebration and give every couple the care and attention their story deserves.

My approach throughout the day is calm and observant yet fun and inviting! I allow moments to naturally unfold while gently guiding when it’s time to get creative and fun for portraits so everything feels effortless and comfortable creating a perfect balance.  

I photograph using both digital and film in my artwork, combining the ability to capture fleeting moments with the softness and depth that film brings.

More than anything, I am proud to love creating photographs that feel lasting images that go beyond documentation and become pieces of artwork meant to life, emotion and a pause of reflection into your home. 

When I’m not behind the camera, while I worked in health care in the pediatric icu for eight years, you can now  find me enjoying sunny days with my husband, Zachary, and our two wonderful children, Bennett and Adalynn or listening to music while I drink a caramel macchiato, attempting to walk our two sweet but massive 185 pound Great Danes or likely buying new aesthetic planners and stationery.
